    My microsoft account states that I do not own PC Game Pass, but I am still being billed for it. I bought PC Game Pass about a year ago and turned on Auto Payment, however recently i opened my Xbox app on my PC and it states that I do not own Game Pass. I check my payments in my banking app and it still states I am paying for the subscription, apparently, is not active anymore. I do not want to pay for something that doesn't let me use it. Please help me fix this.

    Microsoft Store not recognising existing Game Pass subscription - won't start games

    Thanks Vijay - I worked through all 3 steps as requested, rebooting after each one. Unfortunately no change - the Microsoft store still says Included with Xbox Game Pass Get Xbox Game Pass - which takes me to a store page to buy game pass. The games won't

    Payment for Xbox Game Pass subscription not working

    Payment for Xbox Game Pass subscription does not work from my Microsoft Store. Every time I try to pay, I get an error message saying Payment cannot be processed at the moment. What should I do?
