Windows 10: Xbox App broken and missing but it launches

For some reason my Xbox Game Pass app has stopped working correctly. It launches at startup as normal yet I cant sign in to it. When I click sign in the screen briefly flashes white and then returns to normal. Then when I try to uninstall it or repair it it seems the app is missing from my PC altogether and does not show up on the app list.Nothing else has happened my pc. Any help appreciated

• Has any new software or hardware been added recently? No.
• Did you also change any settings prior to this issue? No.
• Is there any error message? None.
• For the Xbox app issue, have you also tried the suggestions posted by Syed Md Bilal in this thread?
  Quite a few people found it helpful. - I did try this (for the Xbox and Photos app) and it made absolutely no difference.

I'd appreciate any additional suggestions. I'm still unable to use either the Xbox or Photos app. I'd really like to use them.

I suggest you to uninstall and reinstall the Xbox app on your computer and check.
Follow the steps provided below.

• 
  Type Windows Powershell in search box.
  
• 
  Right click on Windows Powershell and select
  Run as administrator.
  
• 
  Copy and paste the following command.
  
  • get-appxpackage *Microsoft.XboxApp* | remove-appxpackage
• 
  Press Enter key.
  

After uninstalling the Xbox app, I suggest you to download and install the app again and check.

If you are still facing an issue with Xbox app, I suggest you to contact the Xbox support team and check.
