Windows 10: XBOX App can't open, Microsoft Store won't open anymore

I was trying to fix a previous error where my XBOX app would not download or update games and my Microsoft Store wouldn't either. My friend who I was on a call with tried helping me, and I naively followed him.He told me to go to Apps, Gaming Services and Advanced options in settings, then told me to terminate the app, reset it, and repair it. After I had completed the process, I got this lovely little error when I tried opening XBOX.Now I try to check the store, which I try everything to open, and it doesn't open. I have successfully locked myself out of Microsoft Store and XBOX.Additionally,

Windows won`t open an program when using Microsoft user

Windows won`t open an program when I try to open it with Microsoft account user, but when I login with local account, that program opens. I have tried with 2 Microsoft accounts, 1 admin and 1 normal user, and it won`t open in either one of them. What can cause this?

Microsoft apps and Store won't open and won't install

Hey guys, 2/3 days ago I resetted my msi laptop, but after the reset I can't open Microsoft apps anymore, like the calculator, photos, alarms & clock, weather, Microsoft store, etc. (Microsoft edge works just fine tho)

I already tried numerous 'solutions' from these pages:

But I don't know anymore what to do, anyone familiar with this? Or anyone can help me out?

I fixed it with installing a clean version of windows.

I suggest you to try the below steps and check if it helps.

Step 1: Run Windows app troubleshooter.

Step 2: Run shell commands for Windows store and check if it helps.

Follow the below steps:

• 
  Press Windows key + X and select
  Command prompt(Admin) to open elevated Command prompt.
  
• 
  Type the following commands.
  
  
  
  powershell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $Env:SystemRoot\WinStore\AppxManifest.xml
  
• 
  Hit enter, the blackscreen will appear still for a couple of seconds. After a couple of second a new line saying C:\.... will appear.
  
• 
  Close Command Prompt.
  
• 
  Try to start the Windows Store again.
