Windows 10: Xbox App Error 0x00000001

I have an active Xbox Game Pass subscription but when I try to download any game available on Game Pass using the Xbox App on my Windows 10 PC, it doesn't even get to 1% and a message appears which says "Something unexpected happen" and below that "Error code: 0x00000001". I have done some research online and a lot of articles/videos suggest that I install the Windows 10 Update KB5004476, but I cannot find it when I check for updates. In addition, my update history does not include that update, so it is definitely not installed. A lot of other solutions, like repairing/resetting the app, using

Xbox download error 0x00000001 and Progress 0%

Unable to download Xbox games, it says error code 0x00000001 while connection to xbox server is established nat open. I downloaded successfully only 1 game, after trying multiple times... I tried like 50 things, I Am lazy to rewrite them all... All usual troubleshooting steps...

I would be thankful for any ideas!

Store is also bugged, it doesn't download anything, or it is pending. Or it downloads at speed 0.7 Kb/s. I deleted cache twice and it helped, but again now it doesn't download anything again crazy how bugged it is. I had also problems installing Xbox app and also 50 different problems.......

• Press the Start button and type Services on the search box.
• On the list of services, look for Xbox Live Auth Manager,
  Xbox Live Game Save, and Xbox Live Networking Service.

The next steps should be done to the three mentioned services above:

• Right click on the service and select Properties.
• Set the Startup type to Automatic. If the service isn't started, click
  Start.
• Save the changes.
• Launch the Xbox App and sign in to your account again.
