  1. Xbox app on PC for my child

How do I enable games of my child account from xbox app on the PC. I can't figure it out, or it's there a way to do it? On the xbox everything works fine, but when it comes to PC things look a bit more complicated. I am thinking could be something with the age, but I'm not sure. Also the Steam app is working on both profiles, but the Xbox PC app only works on my parent profile.

    :)

How to change child Xbox settings

    Hi,

There are two ways to change the Xbox child's privacy settings. You may do this on the Xbox One console or on Xbox.com using a web browser on your computer.

To change the child account's privacy settings using a web browser, kindly perform the following steps:

    • Sign in to the
      Xbox settings page
      with the parent's Microsoft account.
    • Choose the gamertag for your child’s account.
    • Choose which Privacy tab you’d like to see, and change the settings in the tab.
    • Make sure to Save before exiting or switching to another tab. Then, have your child sign in and sign out of their account to have the changes take effect.

If you're using an Xbox One console, perform the following steps:

    • Sign in to your Xbox. (If you’re changing the settings for a child, sign in using an adult’s account.)
    • Scroll left on the Home screen to open the guide.
    • Select Settings > All Settings.
    • Under Account, select Family.
    • Enter your password or passkey, and then select the account you want to update.
    • Select Privacy & online safety, and then choose the default settings, or customize by selecting
      View details & customize

Note: For Xbox consoles, you may need to remove and re-add the child's Xbox account so that the changes will take effect.

For your guidance on how to remove and re-add the profile on Xbox 360 and Xbox One, kindly refer to the links below:

Let us know how it goes after performing the solutions we've mentioned. We'd be glad to provide you additional assistance.
