Windows 10: Xbox App On PC Stuck Loading

Hi all,The last week or so, I've been trying to open the Xbox app on my PC, running Windows 11, and it appears to be hung on the initial loading screen. I've tried signing in and out of the Microsoft Store, and uninstalling the app and doing and re-installing post reboot in hopes to resolve, but with no luck. Does anyone have any advice?

• Have you tried accessing other Windows 10 built-in applications to check if the same issue occurs?

Another solution you may perform is to reset the Xbox app from the Settings menu. Here are the steps:

• Click Start and click Settings.
• Select System.
• Select Apps & features.
• Find the Xbox app and click Advanced options.
• Click Reset.
• Restart your device so that the changes can take effect. Launch the Xbox app and check if you'll encounter the same issue.

Thank you Jeffrey,

I guess not need for step 2 as I won't run it as .ps1 script.

I tried the command, but the game is still stuck in the Xbox app, keep in mind that the game is not listed in Windows apps.

We appreciate your response and cooperation regarding this matter. Based on your reply, it appears that you need to enable the Xbox services to ensure that the app is up and running. You may follow the steps below to enable Xbox Live services:

• Press the Start button and type Services on the search box.
• On the list of services, look for Xbox Live Auth Manager,
  Xbox Live Game Save, and Xbox Live Networking Service.

The next steps should be done to the three mentioned services above:

• Right click on the service and select Properties.
• Set the Startup type to Automatic. If the service isn't started, click
  Start.
• Save the changes.
• Launch the Xbox App and sign in to your account again.
