Hello, folks out there,Need your help!I started the download yesterday, and only 25% is completed.The downloading from the Xbox App is extremely slow. While downloading Forza 5, I am getting roughly 0-200 KB/s whereas my internet plan is 200 Mb/s i.e. 21 MB/s.I verified my internet speed by performing a speed test and it shows 150+ Mbps.Is there any Windows setting I need to do to fix this internet issue?OS Information:Edition: Windows 11 Home Single Language Version: 23H2 OS build: 22631.3672

Computer crashed while downloading Forza and now disk space is gone!

Hi all,

As the title says my computer crashed while I was downloading Forza from the Xbox app on my PC. When the PC restarted the 72GB (roughly) was missing my free disk space but there was no sign of Forza on my PC anywhere.

I deleted the Xbox app to see if that may help but it did not. I've scoured through everywhere I can think to try and find Forza but to no avail so far. Is there something obvious I may be missing?

We notice there are issues with the installation for Forza Horizon 5 recently too which was isolated to Forza Horizon 5 alone. In connection to that, we suggest that you:

• Try disabling any antivirus, VPN and other related apps.
  
• Updating the drivers of your PC.

Cant download or update Forza 5

The issue reported, looks like may be caused by corrupt caches. You can reset the Microsoft Store cache to solve the problem

Possible fix:

Log out of these apps and then log in again.

Restart these apps.

Reset the Microsoft Store cache.

Repair, reset, or reinstall these apps.

If you are using Microsoft Store to download Forza Horizon 5, the Forza Horizon 5 not installing/downloading issue may be caused by corrupt caches. You can reset the Microsoft Store cache to solve the problem. Here is the guide:

Press the Windows key + R to open the Run dialog box.

Type “wsreset.exe” and press Ctrl + Shift + Enter to reset the Windows Store cache.

Then, you can download and install the game again. If the above steps don’t work, you can try deleting the cache folder to solve the Forza Horizon 5 not installing/downloading issue. Here is the guide:

Open Windows File Explorer and navigate to this path: C:\Users\User_name\AppData\Local\Packages \Microsoft.WindowsStore_8wekyb3d8bbwe.

Right-click on LocalCache and choose Delete from the context menu.

After that, try downloading and installing Forza Horizon 5 again to see whether the issue is solved.

The repair and reset methods are only available for Microsoft Store or the Xbox app on Windows 11.

Press Windows key + I to open up the Settings menu.

Go to Apps > Installed apps.
