Windows 10: Xbox app refusing to download via MS Store

The app was showing an update available but attempting to download it does nothing. Tried running sfc /scannow and it reported no issues. Now running the following commands but stuck at 62.3% 3rd one in below list...Dism.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /checkhealthDism.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /scanhealthDism.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /Restorehealthsfc /scannowDism.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /AnalyzeComponentStoreDism.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanupRunning Win 11 Home 22H2 22621.2715As a result I'm unable to download the Xbox app after haven uninstalled it in an attempt to ge

Remove non-operable App downloaded from MS App Store, to remove Already Own

Remove App downloaded from Microsoft Store App Store because:

I mistakenly downloaded on PC (MS Surface). When I try to install the app on my phone, it says - already owned. But I cannot get access to, or install it, on the phone. I have tried all steps as suggested in link below.

I can hide the app in my account library on the pc but to no affect on the phone.

The app does not appear on either the PC Application list (in Settings), nor in the phone list of Apps.

I want to install the app on my phone.

 

XBox app crashes on launch in Windows 10

I suggest you to uninstall and reinstall the Xbox app on your computer and check.
Follow the steps provided below.

• 
  Type Windows Powershell in search box.
  
• 
  Right click on Windows Powershell and select
  Run as administrator.
  
• 
  Copy and paste the following command.
  
  • get-appxpackage *Microsoft.XboxApp* | remove-appxpackage
• 
  Press Enter key.
  

After uninstalling the Xbox app, I suggest you to download and install the app again and check.

Xbox App Error code 0x80048504?

If you received this error code 0x80048504, there could be an issue with the Xbox live server, your network connection, or with the account itself. For us to resolve your concern, we suggest that you follow the steps below:

Step 1: Run the troubleshooter for Windows Apps

Step 2: Reset the Windows Store to clear the Store cache.

• Press Windows key + X on your keyboard.

• Type wsreset.exe and then hit Enter.
