Windows 10: Xbox App + Storage Service causes black screen and flashing taskbar on Windows boot

I have the Xbox PC app installed on my PC and have several games installed on a second drive. Unfortunately, when I restart my computer Microsoft's Storage Service enters a boot loop and hangs my boot. The taskbar flashes constantly and the desktop doesn't successfully load for up to 15 minutes this is on an SSD, by the way. If I uninstall all of my games, the issue goes away. My only other option is to permanently disable Storage Service which I understand is not advisable.I am very frustrated. What is causing this? I've been digging around and see reports of this going back to 2020. How

So this is not a BSOD ? Have a Windows 10 disc or USB Flash Drive made ? How are you getting to task manager Ctrl.+Alt+Del ? Any cursor on screen ?

Computer boots to windows log on,have no password here.After a minute on log on it go to a black screen,stays there forever. I can get to Task Manager from black Screen,lost on what to do next. Just want my Windows 10 back, not sure what caused this problem. Any Suggestion on what my next step should be?*Sad
