Windows 10: Xbox App Stuck on "Launching the Xbox App" then Crashes

HelloI have a computer running Windows 11attached screenshots to show versions installed and when I try to open the Xbox app, it will show "Launching the Xbox App" for approximately 2 minutes before crashing. So far, in an attempt to resolve, I have tried the following to no resolve:-Restarting my computer-Updated Windows and the Xbox app-Uninstall/Reinstall Xbox App-Ran Windows powershell as admin and used the commands to remove xbox and gaming services, then restarted my computer and reinstalled them both. - Followed steps from another post on here titled "Xbox app wont load" I will attach

• Has any new software or hardware been added recently? No.
• Did you also change any settings prior to this issue? No.
• Is there any error message? None.
• For the Xbox app issue, have you also tried the suggestions posted by Syed Md Bilal in this thread?
  Quite a few people found it helpful. - I did try this (for the Xbox and Photos app) and it made absolutely no difference.

I'd appreciate any additional suggestions. I'm still unable to use either the Xbox or Photos app. I'd really like to use them.

I suggest you to uninstall and reinstall the Xbox app on your computer and check.
Follow the steps provided below.

• 
  Type Windows Powershell in search box.
  
• 
  Right click on Windows Powershell and select
  Run as administrator.
  
• 
  Copy and paste the following command.
  
  • get-appxpackage *Microsoft.XboxApp* | remove-appxpackage
• 
  Press Enter key.
  

After uninstalling the Xbox app, I suggest you to download and install the app again and check.

If you are still facing an issue with Xbox app, I suggest you to contact the Xbox support team and check.

tried tagging you and a few others.. not sure if it worked so i'm replying this way.

i've used the help here, on Lenovo, and Xbox to no avail. final roadblock was the "rollbacking" issue. i'm no techie and don't want to do something that will put my computer at risk.

how else can i resolve this issue?
