  1. Xbox App takes a long time to establish video connection

Hi, I'm having an issue with two apps: Xbox Console Companion and Xbox App. The issue is regarding remote play streaming the console to my computer.Xbox Console CompanionWhen I click "Stream", a connection is established and audio starts to play immediately, but there is no video. On the bottom right corner, it says "network quality problems" my internet is fine. Only If I wait 30 seconds before clicking "Continue", the video appears in the background behind another dialog box that says "we lost the connection". If I click "Got it", the stream will disconnect. Xbox AppIt has the same issue

  2. Xbox App "Server Connectivity" "Blocked"

    Hi,

There are several reasons why the Xbox app server connectivity is blocked. It is possible that
your PC was unable to establish a Teredo IPsec connection to the Quality of Service (QoS) server or your Firewall settings are blocking the connection. To properly isolate your concern, please provide us the following information:

    • Is your computer connected to a wired or wireless internet connection?
    • Have you made any changes on your computer prior to the issue?
    • Are you experiencing the same issue in safe mode with networking? To start Windows in safe mode with networking, you can follow the steps on this

In the meantime, you can perform the suggested solutions on this

"Server connectivity = blocked" on Xbox app on Windows 10

    Hi MoonBunny17,

If your server connectivity is "Blocked", it means that your computer was unable to establish a Teredo IPsec connection to the Quality of Service (QoS) server. Since you've tried the troubleshooting steps from our support page, let's try to restart the "IP
Helper" and "Xbox Networking Service" by performing the following steps below:

    1. Press the Windows Key + R to open the Run box.
    2. Type "services" and hit enter to open the Services Window
    3. Scroll down until you find an entry called “IP Helper”. Right-click on it, and then click Restart.
    4. Scroll all the way down to the bottom and do the same thing for “Xbox Live Networking Service”.
    5. Close the window, open the Xbox app and check your connection again.

If the issue persists, I recommend that you try connecting your computer to another network to see if that will change the server connectivity on the Xbox app.

Keep us updated with the results after performing the suggested solutions above.

  4. Xbox App takes a long time to establish video connection

    Windows Update can't establish connection

After a long time I could finally find a solution to this problem! Xbox App takes a long time to establish video connection :D

Today I was reading some posts in Reddit about Windows 10 apps having problems establishing connection, and found a user that could solve all problems with a certain tool.

Here is the post with the solution:

    https://www.reddit.com/r/Windows10/...edge_does_not_connect_to_the_internet/cu3d4an

And here is a link to the suggested tool in the above post:

    Tweaking.com - Windows Repair Free/Pro

Download and install it, follow all 5 steps listed in the program, and then run the repairs in safe mode.

After doing the repair install 2 months ago no apps where able to connect (before that only Edge could connect).

Today, after running the above program, I opened the Store, Edge, and Windows Update, and to my surprise every app could connect succesfuly with no errors.
