    Xbox app won't start for child account, but does for admin parent account.


    Hi!I have an interesting issue that makes me think I am either doing something wrong, or there is a bug: I want to be able to run the Xbox app in windows under a child account part of a family group.When I run it under the child account it states that it needs to install gaming services. If I click that it opens the app store at the gaming services page. I click install and get the error 0x80073CFB. I suspect this is because the gaming services are already installed and running checked in services. Why I think it maybe a bug; It happens exactly the same way on two different machines,

    Parent account - xbox

    i added my child to the family to allow app downloads but when i clicked okay after the terms and conditions it says there was an uknown error with the sight and i retried numerous times but the same message came up. on an earlier page it said you might
    have to accept the terms and conditions on the xbox account and so i tried t make one. when i made my xbox account i went through the steps and then it came to parents email. i put that in and it led me to the windows sight in so i signed in there as well.
    after it just took me straight back to the parent email page and it said in red 'Your parent will need to sign in with their adult Microsoft account to complete the registration process' but i had already done this so please help me!
