Windows 10: Xbox App & Xbox Game Bar - Need a ~comprehensive~ fix

Current state: when I try to open the Xbox app, the black splash screen appears for <1 second, and when I try to open the Game Bar, nothing happens.I need help from somebody who is extremely familiar with the Xbox App and Game Bar, and the inner workings of Windows 10.I need somebody to provide the ultimate complete comprehensive undeniable fix for Windows 10 Xbox App and Game Bar. This issue is far too common and the people deserve a fix. This is in depth and lengthy due to all the troubles I have gone through and things I have tried. Please forgive me for trying to avoid reinstalling Wind

my xbox game bar doesnt detect my microphone, when i press it, it says that my privacy settings prevent it from accessing microphone, but then, when i click on the "show my how to fix this" button it takes me to a list on settings, but, xbox game bar doesnt
seem to be on this list

In order to disable the Game DVR you have to disable it within the Xbox application.

Once you disable the Game DVR functionality it will stay disabled.

In order to turn UAC competely, open regedit, and navigate to following location.

You are going to have to modify the value of EnableLUA to 0. Setting the UAC setting to it's lowest setting, within the Control Panel on Windows 10, does not actually disable UAC.
