Windows 10: Xbox automatically displays on screen with my account

Hello,I had not signed up and signed in Xbox, but Xbox automatically displayed on my laptop screen with an account I used to sign in https:// www.microsoft.com. I am using Window 10, version 21H1. In case you know this issues, please help.Thank you,

Remove account

To delete an account, follow these steps:
