XBox Bar Process turns up in my task manager but Ive never even used XBox ONCE ?


So why does XVar Process turn up in my Task Manager, never even toucjed anbything closely trrelated to XBox either. Im PS Player but not for long time,never once went anywhere near XBox.


And is it right Task Manager althouygh I know it dopes a lot fo good things too, that it constantly throws up umpteen entries of same thing in Task Manager and that it keeps bringing back processes for other things youve never even touched etc like for word prpocesspor programmes youve nev er used ?

Lot of cover tyhrown by MS Staff and those close to them abotu all good done in Task Manager but lot going wrong woth it too,constantly throwing things up brin ging them back after youve ended them even foit thuings YOVE NBEVER EVEN WENT NEAR OR PROCESSES LINKED TO THEM EVEN ONBCE, TASK MAARE AND WINDOWS 10 COS FO TI HJAS BEEN A PAIN FOR YEARS IM REALLY ILL BUT IM TIRED OTU EVEN MORE BY ALMOPST CONSTANT BATTLE AGAUNBST TASK MANAGER TO ALLOW ANYTHIGN LESE TO RUN ON PC AND TO STOP PC OVERHETAING AND CUTTING OUT WHUICH HAS OFTEN TOO IN HOT WEATHGER HERE BUT ALSO COS OF HOW MUCH HEAT BY ALL CXRAP[ NOT NEEDED AND WHICH NEVER BEEN NEAR WHICH STILL KEEPOS COMIGN BACK EVEN THOUGH KEEP ENDING PROCESSES FOR IT UMPTEEN TIMES LOST LOT MORE ENRGY SURE LOT ,MORE HALTH PROBABLY YTEARS OFF MY LIOFE COS THTA TASK MANAGER IS SO NBAD FOR REASONS IVE SAID LET ALONE I KNOW THE COVER STORIES OF GOOD THINGS IT DOES TOO ?

To resolve your concern, you can follow the steps on the suggested methods below:

Method 1. Power cycle your Xbox One console.

You can reset, perform a full power cycle, or physically disconnect your Xbox One console to reboot it completely and fix many common issues. This process does not erase any of your games or data.

Here are the steps: 

• 
  Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts
  down completely. 
  
• 
  Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds. Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
  
• 
  Plug the console power cable back in.
  
• 
  Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox One.  
  

Method 2. Clear the storage cache on the console.

Here are the steps: 

• 
  Press the menu key on the controller.  
  
• 
  Go to Settings, and then select Disc & Blu-Ray.  
  
• 
  In the Blu-Ray section select Persistent Storage.  
  
• 
  Select Clear persistent storage.
  

Method 3. Clear Mac address.

  Here are the steps: 
  
• 
  Scroll left on the Home screen to open the guide.  
  
• 
  Select Settings.  
  
• 
  Select All Settings.  
  
• 
  Select Network.  
  
• 
  Select Network settings.  
  
• 
  Select Advance settings.

  Select Alternate MAC address.

  Select Clear.

Method 1. Run the troubleshooter for Windows Apps on your computer by clicking the run troubleshooter button on this link.

Method 2. Reset Windows Store to clear store cache.

Press Windows key + X on your keyboard.   

Click on Command prompt (Admin).   

Type wsreset.exe, and then hit Enter.   

Method 3. Uninstall and reinstall Xbox app to update it.

Click Start, and then type Windows PowerShell on the search box.  

Right-click, and then select Run as administrator.  

Type the following command to uninstall Xbox app: Get-AppxPackage *xboxapp* | Remove-AppxPackage  

Hit Enter.  

Launch Windows Store and download the Xbox App here.  

Method 4. Disable the Game bar on Task Manager to completely restart the process.

Press the Windows key on your keyboard, and then type Task Manager in the search box.

Hit Enter.

Under the Processes tab, look for Game bar, and then click on it.

Click the End task button.

Press Windows + G again to launch the Game bar.
