Windows 10: XBOX Big Brother vs. Office365 Family

Can someone please explain the relationship between family management, XBOX, and Office365? This goes for any other MSFT application support.


I recently removed all family members from family mgt due to a 24 hour XBOX ban on 1 family member account. This was absurd and over the top based on no incident. 2K seems to have a completely broken system when it comes reporting and banning.Why would you ban ALL family accounts for 1 incident? Everyone received the email. But I digress..


Now when I look at Office365, I see shared family members that are "users" of Office. But, no group controls/family mgt. But, I cannot control/manage them due to removing them from family settings.


Bottom line..


I don't want XBOX associated with any of my MSFT account family management. It is rogue, disorganized, and uncontrolled. I want Office365 and other application support permissions and family controls.
