Windows 10: xbox companion

since today, the xbox companion app has stopped loading past the sign in part, i have tried to reset the data,i then uninstalled but THEN it wouldn't let me install... so i looked for a while and saw it had an update and from there it letme install but only from the ready to install tab -.- it wouldn't let me update either, but it still will not load past this screen .. i can't even sign into the new xbox app, smartglass loads fine.. what is going on????? all i did since yesterday was change my gamertag, that's it... my gamertag is in russian, but my in game name is normal, i don't what what the issue is
