Windows 10: xbox controller and non xbox controller inputs not recognised within Windows

Hi, I've been trying to get Unreal Engine to recognise my Xbox series controller inputs for a project I'm making, I initially thought it was a problem with UE, but when I tried the solution of using a 360 controller emulator for inputs it did not recognise any inputs from the controller at all across all my different controllers. Windows itself knows there is a controller plugged in but will not respond to any inputs outside of using the xbox button to bring up a xbox related menu friends list, recording things, etc. I've had this PC through a few upgrades and only ever had it fully wor

Xbox One controller being recognized as a 360 Controller
