Windows 10: Xbox Controller bugged out

Whenever I plugged in my Xbox One Controller into my computer, it would work, though the micro-USB is weird, and if it gets slightly moved, my controller would either drift up or stop working. However, one annoying thing was that whenever I plugged in the controller, it would render built in windows menus brokenex. when you click the windows keyor the button on the screen, it will close the menu, and opening the settings app will act like I am holding down on the joystick. I tolerated it, but now it doesn't even work! I plugged it in, and while the windows menus are still broken, it doesn'

Can’t connect Xbox one controller to pc
