Windows 10: Xbox controller disconnecting and re connecting Windows 10

Hello, this is gonna be a long story but essentially about a month ago, I was having some Bluetooth problems and my Xbox controller was just disconnecting randomly from my PC and then reconnecting. So I purchased a new PCI-e Wi-Fi/Bluetooth card installed it, and it kept doing it. So I dealt with it and since a week ago it’s been bad. I cannot use my controller for more than 10 minutes so I did what everyone told me to do and bought a micro USB-C cord off of Amazon for windows and plugged it in and updated it through Xbox accessories app still not working still disconnecting. Xbox 360 controller keeps connecting/disconnecting

My xbox controller keeps connecting/disconnecting, I hear the audio notification from Windows 10 that it's connected then disconnected constantly. I'm trying to play rocket league but my controller keeps going on/off. I've tried different ports front and rear on my PC and disabling USB power saving and selective suspend settings. The controller itself is fine, I swapped with my brother, mine stays connected on his, his on mine has the same problem. Any ideas?
