Windows 10: Xbox Controller doesn't stay on after turning back on after manually turning off

I have 2 Xbox one controllers and xbox wireless USB dongle for my PC. I use the controllers when I'm playing games on my PC and use headphone jack for audio. I turn my controller off by long pressing "X" button when I'm done playing, or no longer using the controller. Then when I try to resume playing, I turn on the controller, but after about 3 seconds of operationbuttons and audio functions through the controller the controller turns off on it's own. The computer will detect the device when turned on, but disappears after device turns off. When this problem happens, both my controllers will do the same thing. Only way I can get the controller to stay on and function is through using USB cable directly to my PC or restarting my PC. I've already disabled my Nvidia Geforce Experience and also disabled power saving mode for the xbox wireless controller.

Pc problem, randomly doesn't turn on sometimes.

Xbox One S Controller wont turn on

I bought an Xbox One S controller from Amazon, actually 2. One controller connects to bluetooth perfectly for my windows 10 pc. When I try to turn on the other one, it stays on for about half a second and turns off after. I updated the controller on my
Xbox one, and before, it turned on, but when you press the connect button, it turns off instantly. Please help. Thanks
