Windows 10: Xbox controller doesn’t work

I don’t know why but my xbox controller doesn’t work in any way on my pc even after I updated my drivers and tried like 3 different cables in different slots and it lights up showing it works but it keeps making a disconnect noise and it doesn’t work.

I need help

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

Can’t connect Xbox one controller to pc
