Windows 10: Xbox controller not opening xbox gamebar on windows 11

I have followed everything from this question and still nothing is working. Has anyone been able to figure out how to fix this issue? Id like to record clips quickly but i cant without this working. My controller is a Series X controller Starfield edition, and connected via bluetooth. To Repair or Reset Xbox Game Bar on Windows 11:

Open Windows Settings > Apps > Apps & Features

Search for Xbox Search Bar in the Apps list

Click on Advanced Options

Here you can Reset or Repair the Xbox Game Bar.
