  1. Xbox controller not showing up when trying to connect to Windows 10.

I've recently got a bluetooth adapter KOAMTAC KBD 401G and it seems to work fine. I've connect my wireless earbuds to my computer just fine with no issues but when I try to connect my controller, it won't show up. I looked at the troubleshooting page and it said to make sure the firmware was up to date, so I went and connected it to my xbox for the first time and it needed an update. After updating it, I tried it again and it still didn't work. I checked my windows and I needed to update my pc and it still didn't work. There was a program called BlueSoleil in a quick guide paper that came with the adapter but it worked without the program installed. I went ahead and tried installing that and then I couldn't even turn on my bluetooth anymore and the program wouldn't open. I uninstalled it and bluetooth works again but I still can't get my controller to show up. My controller is a new model with bluetooth capabilities I believe, I was able to connect it to my Iphone just fine. I'm not sure what the issue is and would appreciate any help.

    :)
