Windows 10: Xbox Controller on Windows 10 Issues

So I have had a series x controller for a couples weeks now and it has worked totally without a hitch this whole time on my PC, but just the other day, I tried to connect the controller to my iPad in which it instantly disconnected after connecting and refused to properly connect. I thought whatever and let it be, but now a day later, I tried to connect my controller back to my PC and it connects but does not accept any input, if I go to a gamepad testing website it will pick up inputs but no games will detect anything and pressing the home button will not open the game bar screen. I have tried updating the drivers, updating windows and updating controller firmware, browsed tons of articles, attempted to contact support to no avail, tried to check the replace controller page but apparently the serial number is not valid, and I just cannot figure this out. The controller works if I plug it in but when it is connected through blue tooth it just refuses to work right.

Can’t connect Xbox one controller to pc
