Windows 10: Xbox elite controller 2 can't connect with a cable PC

I have a Xbox Elite Controller 2 and when i connect my controller on my pc with the cable the battery of the controller charging the mini light under the xbox light flashing or stand normal and i can't connect to my pc the controller can't find him and the pc same in settings when the xbox light controller flashing i use my controller with Bluetooth it's work with bug and lag but when i wanna do with a cable is charging and i don't find a tutorial to fix that what i arleady do to fix it: change the cable, restart my PC, install every driver/update, verify my USB port, unpluge/plug diff

Xbox Elite controller cannot connect on Windows 10 (bluetooth)

Thanks for the suggestions.

Unfortunately, all of these are about disconnect issue. My problem is that it doesn't even see the controller when trying to pair.

However, I tried with me Elite 2 - and bingo, that one works flawlessly (no disconnect issues for me).

So what I have is that

• original controller - works
  
• Elite 2 controller - works
  
• Elite controller - does NOT work
  

I ended up using my 'Elite 2' on PC and my 'Elite' for my Xbox

 

Elite series 2 controller

Elite 2 Controller is not showing for me in device manager when plugged in via usb. Xbox accessroeis app is also not picking up device, no USB not recognised messages, simply nothing happens when plugging in controller via usb, cable is usb cable provided with controller. This is brand new controller, have followed other forum posts and still am not seeing device in list. Controller connects via bluetooth to iPad but via usb to PC nothing. PC is 5950x cpu, STRIX X570-F mb, rtx 3090, 128gb ram running latest windows and latest hardware drivers.
