    Xbox Enforcement - i have no idea why


    I used to be on Xbox, like 6 months ago, I haven't played or chatted with anyone on Xbox since, I am on PC now. I am logged into Windows with the same outlook account as my Xbox but the Windows 10 app literally doesn't work for me it crashes so I am unable to chat to or socialise with previous Xbox friends.


    I just had an email off Microsoft saying action has been taken and content was removed, this apparently happened at 4am yesterday morning.


    I may or may not have been on something like YouTube last night where I do post comments but that is on a completely different account, its a gmail account.


    How is Xbox banning me ? is this Edge browser noting my comments even when on different email account sites online? and anyway I don't post bad stuff on anything. Could it be Steam? I haven't even posted anything on Steam except a review which was nice and well worded.


    I am annoyed that Microsoft have done this withoutany explanation of exactly what I am supposed to have done. You can't arrest somebody without telling them what crime they have committed so at least tell me what this comment is and where it was from so I know where I have to behave or be careful in the future. And if somebody has it in for me how do I know this won't keep happening?



    My point mainly is, I am not even playing Xbox, my live gold ran out over 6 months ago so I have been unable to socialise with friends or mixer channels from my Xbox days, plus the darn app on Windows used to crash every 2 seconds so I literally only used it a couple of times for accessing my old screenshots.


    I know one thing, I was about to re-purchase an Xbox one t start playing D2 with the new expansion, and upgrade from the one I had before so would have spend a few hundred pounds getting set up with live and a decent Xbox one again - now I probably won't unless I know how long this ban is and why they even gave it to me.
