Windows 10: Xbox erorr 0x80070005

Hello there, I have run into an issue that I haven't ever seen before.I went to go install/update Microsoft Flight Sim 2020 today, and was met with the error of 0x80070005.I tried googling a fix, and nothing. I'm on an administrator account, I just installed an SSD, but even trying to install to the C drive causes issues. I had the game installed before, with no issues, and no settings have changed on my computer. But IT DONT WANNA INSTALL!3090Threadripper 3970wxWB_Black 4tb ssdPlease help :
