Windows 10: Xbox Game Bar + Networking showing Blocked

Hi,


About 2 weeks ago my Xbox Game Bar worked perfectly and had no issues at all pp until last week, when suddenly whenever I joined a party it would say connecting... then showed a yellow exclamation mark and said "Something went wrong with your party. Try again later."


I tried all the suggested options regarding Teredo and uninstalling and reinstalling game bar and all suggestions on the official and unofficial sites. Nothing worked. So I went on to reinstall Windows 10 thinking that was the issue. Fresh install on a clean hard drive as a brand new Microsoft Windows 10 install from USB. Still didn't change anything, Xbox Game Bar had the exact same issue, so I factory reset my Router also, still didn't work.


This made me about a week ago go through all the Microsoft support I could and ask for assistance, I first spoke to an Xbox gamer who gave me more troubleshooting techniques that I then tried and still hadn't worked, they then referred me to a Microsoft support advisor, who once again gave more suggestions and I tried them all too. That still didn't work so they then referred me onto Microsoft Technical Support as a last straw, I then chatted for another hour or so to them and they suggested a lot of other things and their main concern with it was that in Settings my Xbox Networking showed as 'Blocked' I'd obviously tried all their suggestions and 'fix it' etc still didn't help and told me that within a few days I'd get an email stating what their advice was as someone higher up would take a look at it but wasn't available at the time of request. It's been about 1 week maybe a little over, and I'm still waiting on the email but I have no reference of the entire conversation or anything because they never emailed it although I gave my email to them.


Any-one have any advice at all on how I can get my Xbox Networking 'unblocked' and Xbox Game Bar party chat to work again?


Its a Windows 10 Pro PC and My Xbox account is definitely perfectly fine as I was told by a representative who checked if that was the issue. I use a 4G Home Broadband from Three, but have done for about 3 years and this is the first issue I've encountered with Game Bar and I use it all the time, until it stopped working. even when my networking was still showing blocked it continued to work.

Xbox Game Bar doesn't show the volume mixer

EDIT:

• Edit 1: still no actual answer for a way to fix this. But I just factory reset my PC, the volume mixer works perfectly now. I know this is not the answer you wanted, but it's all we have
  

Before I go into details do not suggest:

• Fixing my audio driver by updating/removing it
• Resetting the Xbox Game Bar app
• Doing the 'sfc /scannow 'command
• Telling me to use the volume mixer built into windows
• Referring me to the Xbox Game Bar app troubleshooting page

OK, now that we go that out of the way. I have had this problem for about 3 weeks. The issue is that the Xbox Game Bar doesn't display the volume mixer correctly, it only shows the main audio driver's volume mixer and nothing else (no app volume mixer like:
CS:GO, Microsoft Edge Beta, Spotify etc.).

hello!

my xbox game bar doesnt detect my microphone, when i press it, it says that my privacy settings prevent it from accessing microphone, but then, when i click on the "show my how to fix this" button it takes me to a list on settings, but, xbox game bar doesnt
seem to be on this list

I cant unmute my mic on the xbox game bar on windows 10. When I try it say "your privacy settings are blocking your mic" And i click show me how I can fix this and i go to my mic settings and the xbox game bar does not show up
