Windows 10: Xbox game bar not picking up my mic but works fine in discord, obs and shadowplay and...

Hi so i wan going through my clips via game bar and i discovered that my mic audio is not in any of them but it works perfectly in discord, obs and shadowplay so i went and looked at my volume settings and windows claims my mic audio doesnt go past like 3% volume/ it's too quiet despite it being set at max volume so i dont know what to do and i'll add a screenshot and circle pretty much how far it goes but thanks for whatever help anyone can provide

Game Bar Mic Problem

Game Bar doesnt record mic or other people im talking to through discord when turned on "All" but when turned on "game only" it records mic but doesnt record my system sound such as talking to people through discord.

I use the "Record That" feature to get highlights of funny moments that happen while gaming but I like to have my voice and the person im talking to's in the recording, otherwise I would just use OBS to record something.

when I use my microphone on windows 10 xbox app my mic creates a loud noise and it doesn't let me talk. However, when I use any other application like discord or OBS it works fine.

 

Xbox game bar replay capture mic not capturing

When I hit the replay capture on the Xbox game bar, my mic is not getting picked up. is there a way to pick it up?
