Windows 10: Xbox game bar not showing CPU and GPU usage correctly

Hi. I've experienced this problem around the time I updated win11 to the latest version the one with redesigned task manager and since then, game bar shows my GPU usage at 100% when it's absolutely not and my CPU usage 1 or 2% which is also not correct. I've updated all drivers and MB bios but still no luck. I can see my actual gpu utilization when using Ichills's rgb software or GeForce experience monitor but the cpu usage is still incorrect. Anyone else experienced this? Any solutions? Oh and taking a screenshot hits the performance a lot for some reason. I don't think 12900kf should have

Xbox Game Bar doesn't show the volume mixer

EDIT:

• Edit 1: still no actual answer for a way to fix this. But I just factory reset my PC, the volume mixer works perfectly now. I know this is not the answer you wanted, but it's all we have
  

Before I go into details do not suggest:

• Fixing my audio driver by updating/removing it
• Resetting the Xbox Game Bar app
• Doing the 'sfc /scannow 'command
• Telling me to use the volume mixer built into windows
• Referring me to the Xbox Game Bar app troubleshooting page

OK, now that we go that out of the way. I have had this problem for about 3 weeks. The issue is that the Xbox Game Bar doesn't display the volume mixer correctly, it only shows the main audio driver's volume mixer and nothing else (no app volume mixer like:
CS:GO, Microsoft Edge Beta, Spotify etc.).

Game bar not registering GPU (Laptop)

Hello everyone,

So I was playing some games on my Laptop, and when I opened the game bar it showed the CPU and RAM usage perfectly fine, only the GPU usage was not displayed. When I used the Msi Afterburner overlay the GPU was displayed, so the problem has to be with the
gamebar itself and not the graphics card. Does anyone have the same issue? How can I solve the problem? Thanks in advance

P.S.: I'm using the AMD Radeon HD 6650m

 

Game bar problem

So when i press Win+G the game bar shows up, however it only shows video capturing and the audio options in the middle of the screen, it doesnt show anything else. Any fixes to show me the xbox app things like showing my friends, cpu gpu usage... ?

and also i cant move it
