Windows 10: Xbox Game Bar not working and Xbox App cannot be installed/Windows Store not working.

I wanted to open the Xbox Game Bar. This caused the Xbox Game Bar process to open in task manager but nothing happened. I attempted to re-install the Xbox App to see if this would fix the issue. Upon trying to reinstall the app via the Windows Store, I received "There has been an error" with error code "0x80073D05". So, as of now I can't open the Game Bar, nor can I access any games I own via the Xbox App. Or install some apps via the Store.A few things that I've noticed that might be of use:1. Microphone not working with Xbox game bar

My son is trying to record his playing on roblox using Xbox game bar. He is using a laptop on windows 10.

It was working fine a few days ago. Now he is having problems with the microphone. When he brings up the xbox game bar, (windows G), the menu says that the microphone is not working because of privacy settings.

When I go to the privacy settings for microphone, I gave permission to use the microphone for all the listed apps. But xbox game bar is not one of the listed apps. I also tried "reset" on the xbox game bar which did not help.

How can I give permission to the xbox game bar to access the microphone?

Microphone itself is working. I can use it on Cortana.

Just to verify, double check to make sure the Xbox Game Bar is turned on.

Turn On or Off Xbox Game Bar in Windows 10

If it is turned on, then check for updates in the Microsoft Store app to make sure your apps are up to date.

If it still will not work afterwards, then you could try a repair install of Windows 10 that should also fix it.
