Windows 10: Xbox Game Bar randomly changed languages

Hello. This took place I think after the 4th of July. I was doing a roleplay don't even ask what type of roleplay it is. And I needed to install the Polish keyboard theme, but then Game Bar was like "Ooooh! A new language! I'm just going to change my language without even telling them! " Everything on my screenshot folder is fine, Spotify also followed, and now it's Spanish. And then i tried uninstalling the language. But windows just said "nope. wait until the next update.
