Windows 10: Xbox game bar records horrible buzzing noise even when mic is off.

Essentially the title. I'm trying to use the xbox game bar to record game footage, but whenever there's any sort of audio coming from the app being recorded, a loud buzzing noise is included in the recording, even when the microphone is turned off. Xbox Game Bar Capture Doesn't Record Mic Audio

I understand that you are facing issues while recording microphone audio using game bar while playing games.

In addition, you can also check if the Microphone for game bar is enabled under privacy settings.

1. Go to Settings (press Windows +
   I key together) > Privacy.
   
2. On the left hand pane scroll down and look for
   Microphone.
   
3. Toggle Allow apps to access Microphone
   to ON.
   
4. Under Choose which Microsoft Store app can access your Microphone toggle Xbox game bar to
   ON.
   
5. Restart the game bar.

Windows 10 Xbox App Buzzing Noises

When I use the Xbox app to launch a game on Windows 10, 75% of the time it will either make a short buzzing noise and then there is no audio, or make a non-stop buzzing noise that is really annoying and the other 25% of the time it works fine after making
a short buzzing noise. I have tried to update my drivers/reinstall and everything. I can't seem to fix it. Anyone know whats going on?
