Windows 10: Xbox Game Bar Won't Record Error code 0x82323619

I'm trying to record gameplay on my PC specifically Minecraft from the Steam Launcher as it's the only way I can play it on PC with a controller with the xbox game bar, alt + windows button + R to activate it, and I keep receiving the error code 0x82323619. I tried to look up a solution online to no avail. There are times where I will be able to record a couple minutes of gameplay but then it will automatically stop.

Hi, I was recording fine until a few days ago when Xbox game bar would not record. It gave me the error 0x82323619. Please help me fix this it was the only recorder that would work. Thanks in advance. I am on Windows 10 version 21H1.

In addition, you can also check if the Microphone for game bar is enabled under privacy settings.

1. Go to Settings (press Windows +
   I key together) > Privacy.
   
2. On the left hand pane scroll down and look for
   Microphone.
   
3. Toggle Allow apps to access Microphone
   to ON.
   
4. Under Choose which Microsoft Store app can access your Microphone toggle Xbox game bar to
   ON.
   
5. Restart the game bar.
