Windows 10: Xbox game bar wont record with " no storage " error code, but its not full.

I recently have been getting a error code that begins with 0x82, which relates to the capture path is full and game bar cannot record anymore, however only 16 GB is used up on the hard-drive where the captures are saved, and it has 2 TB of storage. It does not have a page file and, all rest of the space is not reserved, clearing the videos that are in there fix it but it does it again after ~20 videos are in there again. There's also no videos in the Gallery list. Photos in storage and, Game bar GallerySummary: I need to fix game bar thinking the captures folder is full when it is not.

In addition, you can also check if the Microphone for game bar is enabled under privacy settings.

1. Go to Settings (press Windows +
   I key together) > Privacy.
   
2. On the left hand pane scroll down and look for
   Microphone.
   
3. Toggle Allow apps to access Microphone
   to ON.
   
4. Under Choose which Microsoft Store app can access your Microphone toggle Xbox game bar to
   ON.
   
5. Restart the game bar.

Xbox Game Bar Won't Record (Error code 0x82323619)

I'm trying to record gameplay on my PC (specifically Minecraft from the Steam Launcher as it's the only way I can play it on PC with a controller) with the xbox game bar, alt + windows button + R to activate it, and I keep receiving the error code 0x82323619. I tried to look up a solution online to no avail. There are times where I will be able to record a couple minutes of gameplay but then it will automatically stop.
