Windows 10: Xbox game code for windows

I'm trying to redeem an xbox code, the one you get from discord. But it keeps saying PI-AccountResourceNotFound" and waiting isn't working. I checked it so many times and it doesn't have any A, E, I, O, U, L, S, 0, 1 and 5 characters. So I have no idea what is going on. Some help would be greatly appreciated.

Xbox is made by microsoft. Sony or nintendo could never get the rights to run windows based pc games on there concoles.

I appreciate your reply. It seems that the game progress was saved to your Xbox account associated on your computer that's why you can't play the game from the beginning. I recommend that you remove the account on your computer by performing the following
steps:
