Windows 10: XBOX game did not download to Windows 10

I know why the game did not download there was not enough room on C drive. I did not get an error. I want to download to D drive but XBOX says the game is in my games but when I click on it it doesn't give an option to start the game just visit it in store. I know if I could reinstall to D it would be okay but there's no way to reinstall something that was never installed. I bought the game through Amazon and they say my code was used. I could not find a way to get this question answered on XBOX because it only offers sample questions that don't match my problem.
