Windows 10: XBOX Game Pass for PC App - Unable to Login / No Games Are Playable

Hi.

I have a few issues that may or may not be linked to my login issue.

1) I can login to everything (i.e. the Windows store) however I cannot login to the XBOX Game Pass App. When I click sign-in, it just 'refreshes' the page back to the main page.

2) Whenever I load a game - either through the Windows Store, the Game App or the Windows Start Menu - none of the games work. Many of them black screen, one of them doesn't allow me to 'press enter' on the main menu and two of them have issues where it cannot find a profile for me to login with.

Can someone help me? Currently it's a bit sad downloading these games and not being able to play a single one of them.


Microsoft's help system is absolutely terrible too.

If i use a xbox game pass gift card on my pc can i play the games on my Pc as well on my xbox if i enter it on the same account?

 

Can't get Rise of the Tomb Raider with Xbox Game Pass

I have Xbox Game Pass. I use it on my computer. Rise of the Tomb Raider is on the list of all the Xbox Game Pass games but when I go onto the Microsoft Store it says that I have to buy it even though I have Xbox Game Pass and Rise of the Tomb Raider is
on the list. Other games work fine, such as Forza Horizon 4 and Sea of Thieves. Any help?
