Windows 10: Xbox Game Pass games being blocked by Microsoft

I just recently downloaded Forza Horizon 4 from the Xbox Game Pass and when I went to open it the window would crash and the game would not launch. I went to my WindowsApp Folder and it tells me I do not have permissions for the folder. I managed to get inside the folder but all my files inside were still blocked from me my a ghost admin. I have tried to change my permissions in the security tab to "everyone" and also my account. However, when I change it, it still does not give me access. I have looked at other threads and the only thing I have found is reinstalling Windows and I can't afford

Microsoft store game pass and Xbox game pass (Beta)

So I have 'game pass' for the Microsoft store that allows me to download and play the pretty much the same games that are on 'Xbox game' pass (Beta) but for some reason the beta app asks me to subscribe/pay again for the for the Xbox game pass (Beta).
Surely if I have paid £7.99 for the Microsoft store version I should get access to the Beta version? They are both called 'Xbox game pass'. Any help?
