    xbox game pass not working on one of my devices


    On my PC I don't have access to the benefits of XBox Game Pass, while a friend can access it on both of his devices. In addition, the XBox Game Pass is shown to me in the order history. Restarting my PC and logging in again have not changed anything. Resetting the store was also unsuccessful. What is the reason that I can't access the pass on my PC, but I can on other devices? And what can I do to change this?
