  1. Xbox Gamebar SDK - Shutdown Windows

Hello, I am making a Widget for Xbox Gamebar to shut down my computer without having to get up from my bed. I have loaded up the SDK and am able to build and deploy the sample widgets. However, when I attempt to use the code:system"c:\\windows\\system32\\shutdown /s /t 0";When the button is clicked, the terminal appears and then disappears, not completing my request. Am I using the wrong syntax? Do I need to #include any system libraries? Here is the full code, thanks.#include "pch.h"#include "Widget1.h"#include "Widget1.g.cpp"using namespace w

    :)

  2. Gamebar process problem

Yeah, Like many people here have commented I have disabled everything in relation to Windows Game mode, gamedvr and gamebar in the settings menu. When that failed to fix the issue, I disabled everything in the registry in relation to game mode, gamedvr and
gamebar. That stupid gamebar presence process was still there. Then I used powershell to remove the xbox app. Still there. It only started doing this today. Please get rid of this crap and give me back control over what runs on my own computer.

    Thanks.

  3. Audio Troubles with Xbox Gamebar

Ok, so when I am on pc and have been having an issue with Xbox gamebar. My microphone sounds awful in the party chat. Side-note: my microphone is connected through an XLR input in my audio interface along with my speakers. Anyways I have read through posts that have the same issue. I have tried most of what the assistants suggested but it still sounds horrible. Does anyone know a fix to this problem or would I just be better off not using xbox party chat on my pc. other Side-note: xbox gamebar is the only application that my microphone sounds horrible in. Using it for discord and recording and the audio quality is fine and sounds normal.

    Gamebar process problem

    Hi,

The Gamebar Presence Writer is automatically enabled on your computer if you opened the Game bar and play a game. This process allows you to record video clips from your games.

If you are playing a game and you want to disable the Gamebar Presence Writer, follow the steps below:

    • Click Start, and then type Task Manager in the search box.
    • Select Task Manager.
    • Under Processes, look for Gamebar Presence Writer, and then press the
      End task button.

To disable Game bar, here are the steps:

    • Launch Xbox app, and then go to Settings
