Windows 10: Xbox Games folder in C drive taking up a lot of space

Hello! Recently, I have found out that I had absolutely no free space left, but I didn't have any big files, not that I know of. I used WinDirStat and found out that it was all coming from the Xbox Games folder. I checked the folder, and realized that it was the Master Chief Collection. But here's the thing; I don't have the MCC installed. I uninstalled it to have some space for other games, but I didn't know it will store files in the folder.I found out how to uninstall them, but when I did, they just kept coming back. I eventually tried deleting the Xbox Games folder, but it just kept coming

User folder on C drive is taking up disc space

I am using a relatively new (under 3 months) laptop with 120gb ssd. The user folder on C drive is now taking up over 80gb of space. I keep all photos etc on an external - any suggestions as to what is happening - this drive should be virtually empty

 

Xbox game Bar take very space on my laptop

When I record videos on Xbox Game Bar and open then in my captures folder it take a lot of space like 4GB for 10 minutes record and almost 30 to 35GB for 1 hour record. Isn't there a feature in Xbox to minimize the space and reduce the quality of videos recorded. Someone please help.
