Windows 10: Xbox Games Pass and Win 10 Teredo issue?

I'm on Windows 10 and its currently up to date (yes firewall is on)

I have followed numerous archived posts as well as youtube videos. I have messed with the registry, reset parameters, downloaded the xbox companion as opposed to their current beta interface. I'm pulling my hair out. I absolutely cannot connect to my friends. At this point I'll obviously have to cancel my subscription.

Whats weird is that it worked fine for the last 2 weeks and then out of no where... I cannot do multiplayer.

My router is the TP-Link AC1900

I feel like at this point my only hope is to fix an issue with the router, can someone explain what I need to do? Do I need to essentially enable IPv6 or something? Do I need to disable IPv6? I'm at a loss. I've never had to mess with my router, and again all of this worked fine 1week ago including multiplayer
