Windows 10: Xbox games won't let me download anything.

I'm planning on buying Minecraft but I'm worried about download. I previously purchased Halo infinite campaign on a separate account and both blasphemous games on this one. Each time I tried downloading it says I'm not running the correct windows. I'm running 10 on my laptop. It's an old laptop but it's high-end. So I'm sure it can run just fine. I also bought blasphemous on steam and it worked perfectly there. Just wanna make sure if it's a laptop thing specifically to Xbox game downloads. Before I find some other place to buy it. if there is one. or is there another windows 10? please help.

Xbox and OneDrive won´t log in sometimes

For some reason my one computer won´t log on to the Xbox app and OneDrive. My other computer on the other hand works perfectly fine. I can´t seem to find to reason and even tried with a factory reset and still the same issue. Help?

I´ve allready tried deactivating the firewall and even rebooting the computer

 

microsoft store games won`t play

when I download a game from the Microsoft store it won`t play

the splash screen appears then goes

I have a core i5 with an nvidivia graphics card I tb hdd and 8 gb ram

I have tried the diagnostic for microsoft store and it say cache may need fixing.
