Windows 10: Xbox live connectivity is blocked how do I fix?

Hello, recently I have not been able to join xbox parties on my pc because it says my xbox live connectivity is blocked and I do not know how to fix this sometimes it says my nat type is closed or blocked but it will also show open. I've recently spoofed my hwid which could be the issue but after I've restarted to return to my standard hwid it still does not work.

If your server connectivity is "Blocked", it means that your computer was unable to establish a Teredo IPsec connection to the Quality of Service (QoS) server. Since you've tried the troubleshooting steps from our support page, let's try to restart the "IP
Helper" and "Xbox Networking Service" by performing the following steps below:

1. Press the Windows Key + R to open the Run box.
2. Type "services" and hit enter to open the Services Window
3. Scroll down until you find an entry called “IP Helper”. Right-click on it, and then click Restart.
4. Scroll all the way down to the bottom and do the same thing for “Xbox Live Networking Service”.
5. Close the window, open the Xbox app and check your connection again.

If the issue persists, I recommend that you try connecting your computer to another network to see if that will change the server connectivity on the Xbox app.

Xbox Live multiplayer Server Connectivity BLOCKED

Hello everyone.

soo what happened is i was trying to play No man's Sky online with a friend it just wasn't working

after some digging i found this




i tried a crap tone of fixis it just refuse to work

at first i hat both NAT Type & server connectivity not working
i manged to get the nat type working BUT it's not stable at all

and the server connectivity issue is just giving me a headach already

Tested methodes
All Possible netsh commands checked
Firewall possible block Checked
services everything is up and running "all xbox & IP helper & IKE services "
tryed Cloudlfare DNS for someresone

my windows Version is Win10 Enterprise v19044.1706 21H2
System specs in my profile tap
and there is this error when i go to windows update
