Windows 10: xbox live identifier does not install properly

Hi I've been having this issue for a while now, I am on windows 11 and When i try loading into the Microsoft store i would be logged out of my normal windows login and when i click on login nothing happens. As well as when i try loading into the Xbox app it doesn't let me log in either and just gives me an error. I've already tried reinstalling the applications multiples times while also uninstalling as well as resetting and restoring it. All other Xbox applications work except for the Xbox live identifier which don't let me log in to things such as Microsoft store and Xbox games since it can
