Windows 10: Xbox Live Login doesn't Work [HELP]

I bought the Xbox game pass to play Sea of Thieves with my friends but I have a weird problem. Basically everytime I try to log in my xbox live account in the game or in the xbox app, it doesn't make any difference to play online, the window where I'm supposed to put my email and password closes itself immediately. Now, I can't play any of the games if I don't log into Xbox Live so I'm asking what's the problem and how can I solve it?


I'm pretty sure the problem is caused by the services being somehow disabled on my PC, but I tried literally everything and it just seems unsolvable.


The cause might be this .reg I ran on the PC for an FPS boost on other games:

In fact, the only services which seems to be installed on my PC is Xbox Accessory Management Service.


I think that if I manage to revert this .reg my problem will be solved, the problem is I don't know how to do it.


If I can't manage to solve the problem and run the game on my PC, I think I'll ask for a refund.

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

I have a GOLD subscription and my son is listed as a family member. Yet when he is on the xbox he is not a gold customer and does;t seem to have access to xbox live. any suggestions?

Windows Edge still doesn`t work correctly

Thanks for your ideas. I tried exactly as you said but it made absolutely no difference.

I still can`t download, still doesn`t remember login details although it still asks me if I want the details remembered.

Do you or anybody else have any ideas to help. It`s too late now for me to go back to Win 8.1 so I`m stuck with an os that doesn`t work properly.
