    I recently had a problem wit my pc and had the motherboard changed out and got a new graphics card buh before the new mobo and gpu all my games were working fine. I had my pc in the shop about a week and when i got it back the first thing i tried to install was my xbox gamepass games. Which they installed with no problem but when i open them such as grounded or aragami 2 they would crash after a couple of minutes. Ive tried a clean boot, ive tried to update gpu drivers ive uninstalled and reinstalled each game still same result. Uninstalled and reinstalled xbox app and gaming services. Ive tri

Ive tried to turn off anti virus, vpn, firewall and i dont have a pc optimizer. Ive tried updating windows as well. Also when i had my pc in the shop i had my ssd cleared if that changes anything. I signed into the same account for windows. Grounded doesnt close until i go into a world and crashes with no error code.

    CPU: Ryzen 5 7600x

    GPU: 3080

    DRAM:32gb 5200mhz

    I understand your concern regarding the issue that you are facing.

    From what you have mentioned, I would suggest you to try these steps to see if it resolves the issue

    I suggest you to install the Game in compatibility mode and check if it helps.

    Method 1: Compatibility mode

    Follow the steps below on how to install Game in compatibility mode:

    1. Download the Game from the manufacturer’s website and save it on your local disk.

    2. Right click on the setup file of the driver and select “Properties”.

    3. Select “Compatibility” Tab.

    4. Place a check mark next to “Run this program in Compatibility mode” and select operating system from the drop down list.

    5. Let the Game install and then check the functionality.

    Method 2: Hardware Troubleshoot

    Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with Windows Store . I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your Windows Store.

    Refer these steps:

    • Press Windows key +X, select
      Control panel
    • Change the view by option on the top right to
      Large icons
    • Click on troubleshooting and click on the
      view all option on the left panel
    • Run the Windows Store apps troubleshooter
