Windows 10: xbox one adapter "error code 10" please help

for xbox one wireless adapter it keeps deactivating for no reason. no i don't have "power management" section. my drivers are up to date and i've been searching for every possible fix but nothing's working.

i also noticed there's a "microsoft usb 2.0 host controller simulator" in the device manager and that one has the same error code.

can anyone help me?

Xbox App Error code 0x80048504?

If you received this error code 0x80048504, there could be an issue with the Xbox live server, your network connection, or with the account itself. For us to resolve your concern, we suggest that you follow the steps below:

Step 1: Run the troubleshooter for Windows Apps

Step 2: Reset the Windows Store to clear the Store cache.

I suggest you update drivers for your device. The code 10 which you have received means that there is a need to update the drivers for that particular device.

Usually the hardware key of the computer has a “FailReasonString” value that displays an error message defined by the hardware manufacturer. So you will get the error ‘Code 10’in case the hardware key does not contain a “FailReasonString”.
